The offset defines from which byte position to start reading the file. You can enter a negative value to define an offset from the end of the file. For example, offset set to
-123 will read the last 123 bytes in the file.
The value for length specifies how many bytes to read, starting from offset of course. The maximum is 32,768 bytes that can be read and displayed on this page - no worries, there's a pagination so you can step through the file (you know, loading a huge file on this site can take a long time, who's got time for that, right?).
